Osama Bin Saleh is a Board Member at Razeen Financial, bringing over 25 years of professional experience across the financial and technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has held multiple leadership roles in banking, technology, and entrepreneurship, and contributed to the launch and execution of several national initiatives and strategic digital projects.
He currently serves on the Board of Razeen Financial and is the Founder and CEO of Al-Faris International Group since 2004. The group operates across various sectors including education (Al-Faris International Schools), information technology (BFSI), and healthcare services, with offices in Saudi Arabia, the United States, India, Malaysia, Sudan, and Lebanon. He also co-founded the InDeal B2B national platform in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and serves on the Executive Committee of the Saudi-Uzbek Business Council.
Previously, Osama held several senior roles in the banking sector, including Vice President and Head of Cash Management & Trade Finance at SNB (The Saudi National Bank), Head of Banking Solutions at Arab National Bank, Director of Corporate e-Services at Banque Saudi Fransi, and Head of Electronic Solutions Unit at Samba Bank. During his tenure, he led major initiatives such as e-payment gateways, visa automation, system integrations with the Ministry of Human Resources and the Human Resources Development Fund, as well as digital brokerage services.

Mansour Alzugaibi is a Board Member at Razeen Financial, with over 20 years of specialized professional experience in information technology, digital transformation, and project management. He currently serves as the General Manager of Information Systems and Technology at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City since 2023. In this role, he oversees the operation of IT infrastructure, network management, data centers, cybersecurity, and alignment of technical needs with institutional goals. Previously, he served as the General Manager of Digital Transformation at the Development Authorities Support Office, where he led projects related to digital system development, IT infrastructure assessment, and governance updates in accordance with national standards.

He began his career in the financial sector, working as an Investment Fund Manager at Tharwa Securities, overseeing the implementation of operational plans for multiple investment funds while ensuring compliance with Capital Market Authority regulations.
He also served as Assistant Head of Fund Management and Asset Manager at Malakiya Investment Company, managing diversified portfolios including real estate and equities, and handling cash flow management and asset allocation. Doruk Adnnan brings over 18 years of global experience in investment, asset management, and fund management, with a proven track record of holding senior leadership roles in prominent institutions.
Prior to joining Razeen Capital, he served as the Chief Investment Officer at Thara Investment Company, a privately held single-family office. In this role, he managed a globally diversified multi-asset portfolio across various sectors, including banking, fintech, edtech, foodtech, healthcare, healthtech, real estate, hospitality, construction, facility management, impact investing, micro mobility, sports and entertainment, and luxury aviation. He led the execution of both domestic and cross-border transactions through funds and direct investments.
Previously, he held the position of Head of Asset Management at Wasatah Capital, the Saudi investment arm of Malaysia’s Kenanga Group, where he established and managed both private and public investment funds and participated in structuring innovative investment products. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Al-Dukheil Financial Group and at Ernst & Young, equipping him with deep expertise in complex accounting and investment matters.

He has also passed the Saudi Capital Market Authority’s licensing exams (CME-1 and CME-4B), with the latest completed in 2025.
